Author Guidelines

Submission Guidelines for the Journal

All papers should be submitted in MS Word format with 1.5 spacing “Times New Roman” font 11, and “justify” without “columns”. A margin of 25mm should be maintained on all sides. Each full paper MUST not exceed ten (10) A4 pages (otherwise a page charge of two thousand Naira will be imposed). Prospective authors are advised to use the latest American Psychological Association (APA 7th Edition, 2019) referencing style.

The following sections are recommended for papers:

1. Title: the title should be capitalized and be as brief as possible
2. Authors’ names, affiliations, and corresponding author’s email
3. Abstract: the abstract should not exceed 250 words, immediately before the beginning of paper.
4. Keywords: maximum of five (5) words
5. Introduction: this should contain clearly stated objectives, justification for the study, and concise review of
6. Theoretical development: this should be included where
7. Methodology: this should state how major measurements were done and the degree of accuracy (if any).
8. Results and discussion: these should be pertinent to the work done and should clearly indicate the degree of reliability of
9. Conclusion: this should succinctly summarize important conclusions emerging from the work

Three copies of manuscripts are to be submitted along with a review fee of five thousand naira (₦5,000.00). Upon the acceptance of the article, the article, the author is expected to submit the corrected and the soft copy of the assessed article with the sum of twenty five thousand naira (₦25,000) only, for publication. All fees should be remitted to the editor in chief Ayede journal of Science and Technology.
